The Washington Commanders agreed to a one-year, $12-million deal with pass-rusher K'Lavon Chaisson, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The 26-year-old appeared in 16 games for the New England Patriots last season, recording 7.5 sacks and 18 quarterback hits.

Chaisson was a first-round pick (20th overall) of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2020. He spent four seasons with the Jags before joining the Las Vegas Raiders and Patriots for one year apiece. He's amassed 17.5 sacks and 136 combined tackles throughout his career.

In addition to Chaisson, the Commanders signed fellow pass-rusher Odafe Oweh to a four-year, $100-million deal Monday.
