The Los Angeles Chargers re-signed pass-rusher Khalil Mack, keeping him from hitting free agency next week, the team announced Saturday.

The two sides agreed to a one-year deal worth $18 million fully guaranteed, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Mack also played last season on a one-year, $18-million contract, per Over the Cap.

The 35-year-old has been a viable contributor for Los Angeles since joining the team in 2022. He's accumulated 36.5 sacks over the last four years, including 5.5 in 2025. His best season as a Charger came in 2023, when he recorded a career-high 17 sacks.

Mack, the Defensive Player of the Year in 2016, has notched 113 sacks over his 12-year career, which has also featured stops with the Chicago Bears and then-Oakland Raiders.
