Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans will be out for most of the season after breaking his clavicle in Monday's 24-9 loss to the Detroit Lions, head coach Todd Bowles announced postgame, according to NFL Network's Clayton Holloway.
Evans suffered the injury while attempting to catch a pass in the second quarter. He was carted to the locker room and initially ruled out with a shoulder injury and concussion.

He failed to catch any of his four targets before exiting Monday.
The contest was Evans' first back in uniform since sustaining a hamstring injury in Week 3. The 32-year-old caught 14 passes for 140 yards and one touchdown prior to being sidelined.
The injury will almost certainly end Evans' streak of 11 straight seasons with 1,000-plus receiving yards.
Monday's loss dropped the Buccaneers to 5-2.
