San Francisco 49ers edge rusher Nick Bosa suffered a knee injury during Sunday's 16-15 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.

Bosa appeared to injure himself when he was taken to the ground in the first quarter and did not return to the game.

He got off the field and immediately went down before he was looked at by the team's training staff. He signaled a "thumbs down" to the crowd.

Bosa entered Sunday with two sacks through two games this season.

The 27-year-old has made five Pro Bowl teams in his seven-year NFL career.
