Goodell: Swift 'a maybe' for Super Bowl halftime show
There's a chance Taylor Swift could perform at the Super Bowl LX halftime show, according to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
"We would always love to have Taylor play," Goodell told the "Today" show Wednesday. "She is a special, special talent, and obviously she would be welcome at any time."
After host Savannah Guthrie asked him if a deal with the superstar singer was in the works, Goodell said he couldn't divulge anything. However, when asked if it was a maybe, he responded, "It's a maybe."

Goodell added that he's waiting on Jay-Z for a decision on the halftime show headliner. Jay-Z and his entertainment company Roc Nation have produced the Super Bowl halftime shows since 2019.
"It’s in his hands," Goodell said. "I’m waiting for the smoke to come out."
Swift has been in a relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce since 2023. The couple announced their engagement in August.
Kelce and the Chiefs have been to three straight Super Bowls, with Swift in attendance for the last two. Kansas City's last trip ended with a 40-22 defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Super Bowl LX will be held at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Feb. 8, 2026.
