Report: Parsons to return from 4-game absence vs. Eagles
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons will make his return Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, sources told ESPN's Todd Archer.
Parsons missed the last four games due to a high ankle sprain.
The All-Pro pass-rusher was a limited participant in practice this week and was listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup.
Parsons doesn't plan to hold back in his return to the action.
"Once I'm playing, I'm playing," Parsons said earlier this week, per Archer. "That's just the competitor in me. ... It's hard to restrain that."
Parsons leads the Cowboys with 21 pressures despite his absence. He's recorded two tackles for loss and one sack in four games.
Dallas' positive news was undercut earlier Saturday as quarterback Dak Prescott reportedly intends to have season-ending surgery on his partially torn hamstring. The Cowboys are also missing pass-rusher DeMarcus Lawrence, who's on injured reserve.
