Browns' Garrett dealing with injury to both feet
Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett said Friday that he's dealing with the same injury to both of his feet, according to ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi.
Garrett believes he can play through the injuries but added that they might require surgery in the future.
"Don't feel 100% but feel good enough to go out there and make a difference," Garrett said, per Oyefusi.
The reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year missed practice Wednesday and Thursday but returned for Friday's session.
Garrett played last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars despite appearing on the injury report with a foot issue. He didn't carry a designation in Cleveland's final injury report ahead of its Week 3 matchup versus the New York Giants.
"We talk about (surgery after the season), but that's something that we'll talk about further down the line. The issue itself is something that I'll probably have to deal with for however long I end up playing," he said. "So it's about managing that and playing through it."
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said Garrett "looked like himself" in practice.
The All-Pro pass-rusher has recorded two sacks, two tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles in his first two games of the season.
