Giants' Thibodeaux: 'Last year's film kind of disgusts me'
New York Giants edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux isn't pleased with his performance last season.
"Last year's film kind of disgusts me a little when I look at myself," Thibodeaux said, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN. "I get a little cringe feeling."
Thibodeaux suffered a sprained MCL in the preseason, which forced him to miss the first two games of the year.
The 22-year-old was able to remain healthy for the remainder of the season but failed to put up significant numbers. He only recorded four sacks and 40 tackles in 16 games, including the playoffs.
Thibodeaux believes there's plenty of room to improve from his rookie campaign.
"It definitely is a platform to continue to grow," Thibodeaux added.
The Oregon product was selected No. 5 overall in the 2022 NFL Draft.
