The New Orleans Saints are signing running back Jamaal Williams to a three-year, $12-million contract, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The deal reportedly includes $8 million guaranteed.
Williams led the NFL with 17 rushing touchdowns in 2022 while running for 1,066 yards.
The soon-to-be 28-year-old back has accumulated 3,652 rushing yards, 1,191 receiving yards, and 38 scrimmage touchdowns in six NFL seasons.
Williams spent two campaigns in Detroit after four years with the Green Bay Packers, who selected him in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
The 6-foot power back will join Alvin Kamara in the Saints' backfield and look to improve upon the team's 19th-ranked rushing offense from 2022.
