The Denver Broncos have reached an agreement on a three-year, $45.75-million deal that includes $32.5 million guaranteed at signing, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

New head coach Sean Payton hasn't wasted time finding new players for the Broncos.

The 25-year-old Allen is the latest player Denver has spent on early in free agency. Offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey is reportedly set to sign a five-year, $87.5-million contract, and guard Ben Powers is reportedly expected to join the team on a four-year deal.

Denver also took care of linebacker Alex Singleton, who the Broncos plan to re-sign to a three-year, $18-million agreement.

Allen's 2022 campaign with the Cardinals was the best of his career with 5.5 sacks, 10 tackles for loss, and 20 quarterback hits in 13 games, all career-highs.

Allen has accumulated 11.5 sacks, 21 tackles for loss, and 43 quarterback hits since entering the NFL as a third-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Boston College.
