2 years, $11M for a terrific young backer.
Long was a sixth-round pick in the 2019 draft. He played in 12 games for the Titans last season, finishing second on the team in tackles with 86.
Miami also re-signed linebacker Duke Riley to a two-year contract, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Riley played in every game last season, totaling one sack with 45 tackles.
The Dolphins' defense finished 24th in points per game last season. Miami's front office has prioritized bringing in upgrades with the additions of Long and Jalen Ramsey.
Long is expected to replace Elandon Roberts, who's a free agent.
