Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Trysten Hill had his suspension reduced from two games to one after appealing the punishment for his Thanksgiving Day incident, NFL official Michael Signora announced Tuesday.

Hill landed in trouble for taking a swing at Las Vegas Raiders offensive lineman John Simpson on the field after Dallas' Week 12 game. He'll miss Thursday Night Football versus the New Orleans Saints and is eligible to return against the Washington Football Team in Week 14.

Hill has eight tackles across three appearances this season, with five of them coming against the Raiders in Week 12.

The Cowboys will take a 7-4 record into the Week 13 opener. They've lost three of their last four games.
