Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff is day-to-day with an oblique injury and will miss Wednesday's practice, head coach Dan Campbell told reporters, including ESPN's Eric Woodyard.
Goff sustained the injury in Detroit's 16-16 tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He completed 14 of 25 passes for 114 yards while playing through the lingering ailment.
The Lions are 0-8-1 in Goff's first year with the team. He's thrown for 2,109 yards and eight touchdowns to six interceptions.
Tim Boyle is expected to fill in for the first-team reps during practice, but he remains on injured reserve after undergoing thumb surgery.
