Report: Chargers place Bosa, Tillery on COVID-19 list
The Los Angeles Chargers have placed pass-rusher Joey Bosa and defensive tackle Jerry Tillery on the COVID-19 list, according to ESPN's Field Yates.
Both players' status for L.A's Sunday Night Football matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers is uncertain.
Bosa, 26, has tallied 28 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and three tackles for loss in nine games in his first campaign at outside linebacker in the Chargers' 3-4 defense.
The three-time Pro Bowler racked up 39 tackles, 7.5 sacks, and 15 tackles for loss as a defensive end for L.A. last season.
Tillery, 25, has notched 30 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and three tackles for loss in his third campaign with the Chargers.
The pair join linebacker Drue Tranquill on L.A.'s reserve list.
The Steelers are also dealing with COVID-19 concerns. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick remain on the team's reserve list entering Week 11.
