Rams' Wolford taken to hospital after suffering neck injury vs. Seahawks
Los Angeles Rams quarterback John Wolford was taken to the hospital after exiting Saturday's 30-20 win over the Seattle Seahawks in the first quarter with a neck injury.
Wolford suffered the injury when safety Jamal Adams hit him in the head to end a first-down run. Although the signal-caller was able to walk off the field, the Rams opted to send him to the hospital as a precaution.

Rams head coach Sean McVay said postgame that Wolford returned from the hospital and was in the locker room to celebrate his team's win.
Veteran Jared Goff, who didn't start the tilt due to a thumb issue, took over for Wolford under center, completing nine of 19 pass attempts for 155 yards and one touchdown.
Wolford connected on three of his six pass attempts for 29 yards before exiting the contest. The 25-year-old earned his first career win in Week 17 versus the Arizona Cardinals while throwing for 231 yards and going 22-for-38 passing.
The Rams overcame their issues at quarterback while riding a solid rushing attack (164 yards and one touchdown) and defense (five sacks and 10 quarterback hits) to beat the Seahawks.
