The Los Angeles Chargers are looking to trade Desmond King, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Multiple teams have inquired about the defensive back, per Schefter.

The Chargers ruled King out for their Week 8 contest due to a non-injury-related reason. Head coach Anthony Lynn said the defensive back didn't play due to a "team decision," according to The Athletic's Daniel Popper. King has appeared in six games and made three starts this season.

The 25-year-old earned first- and second-team All-Pro honors in 2018 as a defensive back and punt returner, respectively.

King set career highs in 2018 with three interceptions and 10 pass breakups. He also has two career punt return touchdowns.

The Chargers drafted King in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He is set to become a free agent after this season.
