The Tennessee Titans will only face a potential fine and not any forfeitures, discipline for individuals, or loss of draft picks from the NFL after the conclusion of the investigation into the team's COVID-19 outbreak, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The potential fine will stem from their failure to wear masks as well as insufficient communication surrounding workouts outside the facility, Pelissero adds.

Tennessee cooperated fully with the review, providing all necessary documents and video, per Pelissero.

The Titans had multiple players end up on the COVID-19 list this season and much attention was diverted to an alleged workout outside the facility following the outbreak.

The NFL was forced to reschedule the Titans' matchups against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills as a result of the virus outbreak. The Titans defeated the Bills in Week 5 on Tuesday night while the game against the Steelers is now scheduled for Week 7.
