Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams returned to practice Wednesday and appears on track to play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Adams missed two games because of a hamstring injury.

The 27-year-old has hauled in 17 receptions for 192 yards and two touchdowns in two games this season.

Adams' return comes after the Packers lost promising wideout Allen Lazard indefinitely after undergoing core muscle surgery.

Adams recorded 83 receptions for 997 yards and five touchdowns during the 2019 season.
