Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams is officially out for their Week 3 matchup against the New Orleans Saints due to a hamstring injury, the team announced.

Adams didn't practice this week and was listed on Friday's injury report as doubtful. The receiver suffered the injury during the Packers' Week 2 victory against the Detroit Lions.

The 27-year-old grabbed 14 receptions for 156 yards in the opener but was limited to just three catches in the team's second contest.

Adams has registered over 800 receiving yards in each of his last four seasons while also earning three Pro Bowl selections.

Aaron Rodgers will likely look to receivers Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Allen Lazard on Sunday. The former is second to Adams in receiving yards this year with 160.

The Packers also ruled out defensive lineman Kenny Clark for Sunday night's contest. Clark hasn't played since Week 1 due to a groin injury.
