Tennessee Titans receiver A.J. Brown has been ruled out of Sunday's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings with a knee injury.

Brown did not participate in practices this week. In Week 1 against the Denver Broncos, he recorded five receptions for 39 yards.

The 23-year-old broke out in his rookie year with 52 receptions for 1,051 yards and eight touchdowns.

With Brown on the shelf, it means more targets for receivers Corey Davis, Adam Humphries, Cameron Batson, and Kalif Raymond.

Meanwhile, defensive end Vic Beasley will make his debut for the Titans this week. The former Atlanta Falcons pass-rusher was also dealing with a knee injury, forcing him to miss the first two games of the season.

"I am excited about playing, and I am excited about the opportunity to make my debut," Beasley said, according to Jim Wyatt of the team's official site.

Beasley's return upgrades a Tennessee edge-rushing group that includes Jadeveon Clowney and Harold Landry.
