Free-agent defensive tackle Damon Harrison is scheduled to visit with the Seattle Seahawks next week, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Harrison also received interest from the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, and Cincinnati Bengals, Schefter adds.

Harrison would be a welcome addition to a Seahawks defense dealing with a rash of injuries. Defensive ends Benson Mayowa and Rasheem Green didn't practice Wednesday, while defensive tackle Jarran Reed also sat out.

Seattle's defense ranks last in the NFL in yards allowed after surrendering over 450 yards in consecutive games. Harrison could help bolster the team's defensive line while also bringing a veteran presence.

The Bears and Bengals could also use Harrison's services.

Bears defensive tackle John Jenkins reportedly suffered a ligament tear in his thumb, and he could be placed on the injured reserve, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Geno Atkins, meanwhile, has yet to make his 2020 debut for the Bengals due to a shoulder issue. He didn't practice Wednesday, and his status for Week 3 isn't clear.

Harrison has recorded 485 career tackles and 11 sacks. The Detroit Lions released him earlier this year.
