And then there were four.

AFC Championship Game

Titans at Chiefs Jan. 19 3:05 p.m. CBS

The AFC representative will be decided first, with the sixth-seeded Tennessee Titans headed to Arrowhead in search of a third straight upset win. Mike Vrabel's team stunned the NFL world by beating the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens. Do they have another miracle in them?

Patrick Mahomes and Co. engineered a miracle of their own during a 51-31 win over the Houston Texans after falling behind 24-0 early in the second quarter. The Chiefs exploded for 28 unanswered points before the half to take a lead they never relinquished. The reigning MVP reminded everyone of his incredible talent, becoming just the eighth quarterback in NFL history to throw for more than 300 yards and at least five touchdowns in a playoff game.

The Titans got the best of the Chiefs in their Week 6 matchup, winning 35-32. Kansas City will host the AFC title game for the second straight season, while the Titans haven't reached this stage of the postseason since 2002.

NFC Championship Game

Matchup Date Time (ET) Network
Packers at 49ers Jan. 19 6:40 p.m. FOX

The NFC will be won by either the No. 1 seed San Francisco 49ers or the No. 2 seed Green Bay Packers.

San Francisco made easy work of the Minnesota Vikings during the first game of the divisional round, with the 49ers' defense smothering Kirk Cousins and Dalvin Cook to book a place in the NFC title game.

The Packers, meanwhile, took down the Seahawks to stop a potential rubber match between the two NFC West teams. It wasn't quite as easy for Green Bay, which needed to withstand a late comeback by Russell Wilson to win 28-23 and return to the NFC championship for the first time since 2016.

Green Bay and San Francisco faced off in Santa Clara in Week 12, with the latter taking a dominant 37-8 win.
