Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield was back at practice on Wednesday, but he didn't throw a pass.

Mayfield exited Sunday's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers minutes before halftime with a bruised hand, though he returned to finish the contest. Now he's confident about being ready for a Week 14 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

"Mama didn't raise a wuss," Mayfield said to reporters Wednesday.

The pivot said the practice was at walk-through pace and there was no need to push things Wednesday. He added that playing on Sunday will come down to pain tolerance.

Mayfield has yet to miss a game since taking over as the team's starter in Week 4 of the 2018 season.
