Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah will undergo season-ending surgery after suffering a torn pectoral in Sunday's loss to the Tennessee Titans, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Ogbah currently leads the Chiefs with 5.5 sacks this year despite only starting four games.
The former Cleveland Browns' second-round pick was acquired by Kansas City this past April in a trade for safety Eric Murray. Ogbah is set to hit free agency for the first time in his career in 2020.
The Chiefs will rely on Chris Jones, Frank Clark, Alex Okafor, and Tanoh Kpassagnon to lead their pass rush moving forward.
