The New York Giants' depth will be put to the test Thursday night, as offensive stars Saquon Barkley, Sterling Shepard, Evan Engram, and backup running back Wayne Gallman have all been ruled out for the game against the New England Patriots with injuries.
Barkley is still recovering from an ankle sprain and Engram is battling a knee injury. Shepard and Gallman are both recovering from concussions.
Jon Hilliman and Elijhaa Penny are next in line at running back, while Golden Tate, Cody Latimer, and Darius Slayton will start at wideout. Rhett Ellison will be the top tight end available for rookie quarterback Daniel Jones as he and several Giants backups face the 5-0 Patriots.
