Report: Chargers' Ingram to miss time with hamstring injury
Los Angeles Chargers pass-rusher Melvin Ingram is expected to miss time with a hamstring injury he picked up in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
Ingram is likely to be out for a couple of weeks, according to Rapoport. A more concrete time frame hasn't been established.
The veteran joins a long list of injured Chargers. In Week 4, Los Angeles was without receivers Mike Williams and Travis Benjamin, backup running back Justin Jackson, tight ends Hunter Henry and Virgil Green, and kicker Michael Badgley. Star rusher Melvin Gordon ended his holdout to return to the team ahead of Sunday's game.
Ingram had one tackle against the Dolphins. He's posted 14 tackles and one sack in four games to begin the year.
