Report: Injury-ravaged Eagles set to lose Darby for multiple games
Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby is expected to miss a few games after undergoing an MRI on the hamstring he injured during Sunday's loss to the Detroit Lions, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The Eagles are already dealing with a rash of injuries.
Wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery were among those who missed Week 3, while defensive end Derek Barnett and left tackle Andre Dillard also suffered injuries against the Lions.
Philadelphia's secondary is already missing cornerbacks Jalen Mills and Cre'Von LeBlanc. Mills is on the physically unable to perform list and LeBlanc was placed on injured reserve, both due to foot ailments.
The Eagles are reportedly among the six teams who've made substantive inquiries about trading for Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey.
With Darby out, Rasul Douglas and Avonte Maddox will likely get extended playing time alongside Sidney Jones.
