Report: Security guard wanted $500K, signed jerseys from Elliott
The security guard who Ezekiel Elliott shoved at a Las Vegas music festival in May asked for $500,000 from the Dallas Cowboys running back, according to police documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
Elliott's attorneys reportedly said they received a list of demands from the security guard, 19-year-old Kyle Johnson, and his father, Kelly.
The list also included signed jerseys from Elliott, Dak Prescott, and Amari Cooper, a public apology from the All-Pro back, and tickets to Cowboys games.
Per the report, they also asked for a meet-and-greet with Jerry Jones and his son Stephen, a joint press conference with Elliott, and $25,000 for Kyle's junior college football team.
In an affidavit, Elliott said he apologized to Johnson after the incident, and the two even took a photo together at Kyle's request.
Johnson initially opted not to press charges, but changed his mind shortly after the NFL decided Elliott didn't violate the league's personal conduct policy,
However, prosecutors reportedly recently opted not to move forward with the case after reviewing all of the available evidence.
The star back continues to hold out to force a new contract from the Cowboys.
