Fresh off the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine, we're beginning to assemble a better understanding of the talent available in this year's class.

While there's no guaranteed elite fantasy prospect like Saquon Barkley, the rankings feature a variety of high-ceiling wide receivers capable of developing into true No. 1 options in NFL offenses.

Unfortunately, running back is much less exciting. Landing spots will make a major impact on the fantasy outlooks for the incoming ball carriers.

Quarterback and tight end are top-heavy with a trio of intriguing players at each position. Kyler Murray choosing football over baseball saved what would have been an underwhelming crop of passers.

A more complete ranking will be published following the NFL draft in April, but for fantasy owners looking to get a head start on the competition, here's the first look at the 2019 dynasty rookie rankings.
