Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber had his passport and team-issued tablet, which contains the playbook, stolen from his SUV, police told Channel 2's Michael Seiden.

The incident took place Saturday around 5 a.m in Buckhead, Ga. Other items were also taken. Police are searching for a group of culprits.

Barber, 24, started all 16 games for the Bucs in 2018, rushing for 871 yards and five touchdowns. He's spent all three seasons of his NFL career in Tampa and is a pending restricted free agent.

Last offseason, Chicago Bears rookie linebacker Roquan Smith had his team-issued tablet, which also contained the playbook, stolen from his vehicle. The Bears were able to wipe the contents of the tablet remotely.
