Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley missed the team's last two regular-season games due to a knee injury, but head coach Sean McVay believes the three-time Pro Bowler's status for the divisional round isn't in doubt.

McVay told reporters he'd be "very, very surprised" if Gurley isn't ready for the Rams' next game on Jan. 12, via Myles Simmons of therams.com.

Gurley recently revealed that he first suffered the injury back in Week 1. He still led the league in total touchdowns (21) despite playing in just 14 games.

When the Rams host their second-round playoff game Gurley will have been resting for 27 days.
