Eli Manning's time with the New York Giants may not be over just yet.

The veteran quarterback is reportedly playing his way onto the Giants' 2019 roster, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

After struggling out of the gate this season, New York has won four of its last five games. Manning tossed 10 touchdowns to just two interceptions in that span.

The two-time Super Bowl Most Valuable Player will make $16.5 million next season, which would be the 16th of his career. According to Rapoport, Manning's team-friendly salary could allow the Giants to bring the QB back for the final year of his career and then draft his successor.

The Giants, who have yet to be eliminated from playoff contention, host the Tennessee Titans in Week 15.
