The shoddy Oakland Coliseum X-ray machine failed to reveal that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has cracked ribs, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
The Steelers said after the game that the QB had a rib contusion that required painkillers. He returned late in last week's loss.
Roethlisberger was a full participant in practice on Thursday and Friday and his status for Sunday's matchup with the New England Patriots isn't in doubt.
