Khalil Mack appears to be ready to return to the lineup after an ankle injury forced him to miss the last two games.

The Chicago Bears' star pass-rusher fully participated in Friday's practice and is set to play in Sunday's divisional matchup against the Detroit Lions, reports Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune.

Mack originally hurt his ankle in Chicago's Week 6 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He suited up in Week 7 but rested the two following games.

The All-Pro defender's return comes at an opportune time, as the Lions surrendered 10 sacks in last week's loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Mack's excelled under Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio since being acquired from the Oakland Raiders. He's accumulated five sacks, four forced fumbles, and a pick-6 in five contests.
