Amid concerns about the Los Angeles Chargers' viability, it appears the franchise won't be going anywhere else for at least two decades.

The Chargers are locked into a 20-year lease at Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park, a source told Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk. The team will be sharing the venue with the Los Angeles Rams, while Rams owner Stan Kroenke's company, Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, is one of the stadium's owners and is overseeing its development.

The concerns about the Chargers in Los Angeles stem from the team ranking dead last in home attendance this season, as it's averaging just 25,370 fans per contest. The Chargers have been playing their home games in Carson, Calif., since relocating from San Diego after the 2016 season while awaiting the completion of the joint venture with the Rams.

Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park is scheduled to open in 2020.
