Peterson moves into top 10 on all-time rushing list

Adrian Peterson vaulted into 10th place all time in career rushing yards Sunday.

Peterson entered Week 1 ranked 12th on the list with 12,276 career yards and needing just 36 yards to surpass both Jim Brown and Marshall Faulk.

The 11-year pro reached that mark in the first quarter of the Washington Redskins' matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. He would later add a 1-yard touchdown run.

Next up on the NFL list is Tony Dorsett who sits in ninth place with 12,739 rushing yards.
