Wentz on recovery from injury: 'I like where I'm at right now'
Carson Wentz was a full participant during Philadelphia Eagles training camp practice on Thursday, a positive sign in his recovery from a season-ending injury he suffered late last year.
"I like where I'm at right now," Wentz said after participating in his first 11-on-11 practice since tearing his ACL and LCL in December, according to Zach Berman of Philly.com.
Wentz managed to avoid the physically unable to perform list before Eagles camp, another sign that he's nearing full health.
"We've got a good plan," Wentz said. "It's not just me making a decision. It's not just coach. It's not just the docs. It's a (combination) of everybody."
Wentz worked primarily with the second-team offense during Thursday's practice, but he has six weeks to get ready for the Eagles' regular-season opener.
