Recently released receiver Allen Hurns is scheduled to make a free-agent visit with the New York Jets on Thursday, ESPN's Josina Anderson reports, citing a source.

The Jets are believed to be one of many teams interested in the four-year pro. The Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Ravens, and Cleveland Browns are also vying for his services, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Hurns was released Tuesday after four seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The free-agent market has been financially rewarding for receivers, but few proven options remained until Hurns became available.

He's two years removed from a 1,000-yard season, though injuries have hampered his production over the past couple of campaigns.
