J.J. Watt joined Chance the Rapper, Colin Kaepernick, Beyonce, and more on DoSomething.org's annual "Celebs Gone Good" list for 2017.

The Houston Texans defensive end came in at No. 6 on the list, which honors celebrities who use their platforms for social change. He helped raise over $37 million in donations for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts after the storm hit Texas in August.

Sports Illustrated also recognized Watt's charitable efforts earlier this month, naming him and Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve co-Sportsperson of the Year.
