The Jacksonville Jaguars won their first division title since 1999 by virtue of the Tennessee Titans' loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

Jacksonville still has a shot at a top-two seed and a first-round bye and can improve its stock with a win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

The Jaguars could have clinched the division with a win of their own against the 49ers, had the Titans managed a victory.

Jacksonville had already secured a playoff berth, guaranteeing its first postseason appearance since 2007, buoyed by the league's best defense. The Jaguars had held opponents to 14.9 points per game prior to Sunday's action.
