A determination on whether Odell Beckham Jr. will play in the New York Giants' season opener won't be made until at least Saturday.
The superstar receiver who suffered an ankle injury in Week 2 of the preseason is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys.
"Odell is getting treatment. We will see how he responds," head coach Ben McAdoo said Friday. "He is going to do all of his work with the training staff and we'll see how he responds tomorrow. We have a chance for a launch day tomorrow."
As of Thursday, it was believed Beckham had a 50-50 chance of playing in Week 1.
"He's doing everything he can to get himself well," McAdoo said.
