Former NFL star Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson made his debut in the Liga de Futbol Americano Professional (LFA) over the weekend, and it didn't take long before he scored a touchdown.
Johnson, wearing a jersey bearing the name "Ocho Cinco" (even though that doesn't translate to 85 in Spanish) for the Monterrey Fundidores, torched some very weak coverage to score in front of a crowd that appeared to include dozens of fans.
Here it is from a sideline view:
Bizarrely, the LFA initially announced Johnson would suit up for the Saltillo Dinos in the game, but he actually ended up playing for their opponents.
The 39-year-old last played in the NFL in 2011. His last professional football action came in 2014 with the CFL's Montreal Alouettes.
Johnson isn't expected to play anymore games in Mexico.
