It sounds like Lady Gaga is planning a very elaborate halftime show for Super Bowl LI - which is exactly what you'd expect from her, isn't it?
The NFL will pay "upward of $10 million" to produce the show, Joe D'Allegro wrote for CNBC.com.
That figure would almost certainly place it among the most expensive halftime shows in history, though exact figures are not made available.
Why will it be so expensive? The "Poker Face" singer is rumored to be planning a stunt that would see her perform from the roof of Houston's NRG Stadium.
The NFL is infamous for not paying Super Bowl halftime performers, but Gaga should earn millions of dollars worth of exposure by performing.
