Calvin Johnson shares extremely graphic photo of finger surgery

There's a new and, quite frankly, fairly disgusting trend of older and former NFL players sharing photos of their finger injuries.

But you haven't seen gross until you see what retired former Detroit Lions wideout Calvin Johnson posted on Instagram on Friday morning.

Johnson one-upped longtime rival Tillman to the extreme with a photo taken during finger surgery that we are obliged to warn you is very graphic.
