Report: Laremy Tunsil sued by stepfather
Former Ole Miss offensive tackle and top NFL draft prospect Laremy Tunsil is being sued by his stepfather, Daniel Paulling of The Clarion-Ledger reports.
The lawsuit alleges Tunsil attacked Lindsay Miller, his stepfather, in 2015 and later defamed Miller's character, causing emotional distress.
Tunsil and Miller were involved in an altercation that saw each of them pursue domestic violence charges against each other. Tunsil claimed he acted in defense of his mother, Desiree Polingo.
Both sides dropped all charges.
Miller later claimed the altercation came after he warned Tunsil about having contact with sports agents while in college. He alleges Tunsil attacked him without provocation after he issued the warning.
Tunsil was suspended for seven games at the start of the 2015 college season for receiving impermissible benefits.
