Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested early Sunday on battery and drug possession charges, TMZ Sports reports.
Randle, who opened the 2015 season as the Cowboys' starting tailback, was cut in November. Since then, he's had multiple run-ins with the law and been linked to sports gambling. The Cowboys have maintained since Randle's release that he needs help.
Randle's latest arrest saw him booked in Kansas on three counts of aggravated battery, one count of drug possession, and one count of criminal damage, according to TMZ Sports.
When Randle was arrested for an outstanding speeding warrant earlier this month, he declared, "This is the end of my career."
