Kasper Dolberg is making the most of his first start at the European Championship.

Dolberg - who was named to Denmark's starting XI in place of the injured Yussuf Poulsen for Saturday's round-of-16 tie with Wales - gave his side the lead with a pinpoint strike from outside the area in the 27th minute.

The goal was Dolberg's first at a major tournament and Denmark's first in the knockout stages of the Euro since 1992. The 23-year-old Nice forward made a name for himself with Ajax, whose Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam is the venue for Saturday's contest.
