White Sox rookie sensation Mercedes gets burger named after him

Yermin Mercedes' hot start to his Major League Baseball career has resulted in a Chicago restaurant naming a hamburger after the White Sox rookie.

The "Yerminator burger" can be found at Chicago's Fabulous Freddies Italian Eatery.

The 28-year-old has taken the baseball world by storm this season, slashing .429/.463/.698 with four home runs and 15 RBIs in 17 games after playing one contest for the White Sox in 2020.
