Canada's Schneider ejected for headshot vs. Germany

Team Canada defenseman Braden Schneider received a five-minute major and a game misconduct for checking German forward Jan-Luca Schumacher to the head Saturday.

Germany scored once on the ensuing five-minute power play.
Schneider was chosen 19th overall by the New York Rangers at the 2020 NHL Draft. He currently plays with the WHL's Brandon Wheat Kings.
