A couple who spent years collecting Patrick Mahomes' trading cards is looking to sell the collection for millions.
Robert DeArmitt Jr. and his wife, Heidi, told TMZ Sports they started purchasing Mahomes cards in 2017 after watching the quarterback play at Texas Tech. The couple has spent around $20,000 on the collection and has listed the 32 cards on eBay with a buy-it-now price of $7.5 million.
DeArmitt said one of the biggest purchases made was a $275 card he bought soon after Mahomes made his first start with the Kansas City Chiefs, which is now worth around $400,000.
Many of the cards have perfect Gem-Mint 10 grades and feature Mahomes' autograph or jersey patch.
